When you’re putting shoes on, do you struggle with sliding the heel of the shoe over the heel of your foot? And the end result is the uncomfortable pulling and squeezing of your fingers as you pull and yank the back of the shoe out from under the bottom of your foot.

There’s a handy tool that helps with this problem! It is called a shoehorn and it completely erases this problem and accompanying discomfort. The convex (curved outward) side of the shoehorn should first be placed in the back of the shoe and rest comfortably against the heel of your foot. And then then simply slide your foot into the shoe! No more squashed shoe ends or painful finagling and frustration putting shoes on. It has truly been one of those little things that makes my life easier.
